Submitting Scoops

Hi folks,

Just a quick question.

As the release date for The Kyngdoms approaches, I've been releasing a number of scoops. When I do this, I simply cut and paste the text that I will use in the Publishers & Press Releases forum and let the newshounds decipher it and extract the information.

However, it occured to me that this isn't necessarily the best way to do it. Is there a standard format for submitting a scoop - for instance, just supplying you with the information as it would appear on the News page? Or is my method fine?

As long as the info is there, I or the newshounds will turn it into a news item. We tend to distill press releases, etc., down to a single sentence or two unless there is important info in them.

Another way to do it (and correct me if I'm wrong here, Morrus) would be to a) post the whole press release in the d20 Publisher's forum, and then b) submit your scoop along with the link that leads to your full press release.
