I just had an idea - Would the class construction engine (the on converted from 2ed) have any potential as a basis for a superhero game? Characters would be extremely customizable.

I think a more classless aproach would be better for superheroes. The Amazing Spider-man, not Spider-Man the Animal-traited Hero.

I've yet to see what Godlike conversion is about.

Natural 20 Press is doing a d20 Supers. I think they posted one of their classes somewhere here.
