Do you think we can safely assume that any D&D setting mentioned in the rules is going definitely to be republished at some point? FR, GH, and DL all referenced multiple times in this section, along with classic pantheons. Everything else: not so much.

No, IMO we can only assume FR will. For the others, it also depends on how long this edition will last.

They're going to start selling ebooks again next year.

I am pretty sure they will be referencing several settings throughout the core books. Especially in side bars, showing how some modules apply to other settings. Such as defiling magic for Dark Sun.

I hope the language continues to call out to several of the settings rather than just one core. I like that.

Oddly enough, there are no Eberron deities listed in the deity archetypes in the last version of the playtest document.
