The only character I know from Greyhawk was some dude, possibly a barbarian, who had sex with a harpy and was turning into a woman due to a magical stone.

This was from a book, read a long, long time ago.

That was Mika, aka Master Wolf, from the Rose Estes books. While the earlier books were decent fantasy, she had no understanding of the World of Greyhawk and often just took names from the map.
