Find Traps 21
True Strike 21

In the end, true strike costs two actions to roll two die, but with more restrictions than attacking twice. Find Traps at least has the potential to be useful. True strike never can.
 

Down to your last arrow? Maybe you want that arrow of slaying to count? Maybe you are sneaking up on a bad guy and you have no way of hiding once the fight starts.
Meh, it's still the worst spell in the game. Find Traps is bad but it's a cleric spell so it's just a matter of picking a different one the next morning.
