It doesn't even tell you about natural traps, like falling through snow into a pit, quicksand, unstable rocks that might cause an avalanche if disturbed, natural pools of acid, caves full of gas that might kill a miner, etc.The usefulness of the spell is directly tied to the lethality of the traps/the DM's willingness to kill you with traps. Obviously if the DM's campaign never includes horrific traps, the spell loses a lot of its value, just as Protection From Energy loses value in a campaign that's all about stabbing things instead of burning them.
Humorously, it doesn't even register dangerous things that are created for non trap purposes. Press a button and the walls slide up, revealing tons of Undead? That was just a storage room. Pit full of green slimes? That was just trash disposal. Shocking runes? That just keeps the cave lizards in their pen. Sphere of Annihilation in a devil mouth? Just charming architecture!
