Sustain Minor

Do we know what "sustain minor" means yet?

I assume it means that you can sustain the ability in question with a minor action each round, but I'd like to verify this if we can.

Yup, your dead on. A prime example of this is Fly where by using a Sustain Minor you can keep aloft.

You essentially roll a d20 and if you get 10-20 you Sustain the ability, below you fail.

This sounds like Dread Speculation to me.

It also sounds wrong: 50% chance to die? Why?

yeah I'd doubt every round you got about a 50 50 chance to fall to your death! I assumed sustain minor means you use your minor action that round to sustain the power (as the OP said); no rolling involved- that is for saves and not sustains I would guess.

It may not be 50% but I remember hearing about some-kind of roll, to show how to Sustain the ability takes effort and could falter... Could be the 3-rolls it falters rule like death.

But I am fairly certain there is atleast some kind of roll.

First time I've ever heard about a roll, everything I read indicated it was indefinite as long as you kept spending the action.

You don't crash when Fly ends, you gently float down to the ground, as per usual.

Also: I really hope they have feats that allow you to sustain multiple effects.

Surely someone played the Warlock at DDXP and ASKED the DM what it meant?

I've been working under the assumption that you use the minor action and it keeps going, no roll involved.
