T1: A Visit to Spelding Square [Completed]

[sblock=OOC]As per this post, Peladus has his scrolls of magic missle ready to grab at a moment's notice.[/sblock]As the creature appears out of nowhere Peladus drops his staff and jumps back. Grabbing a scroll, he feverishly starts reading off the spell which will send a magic missile winging towards the thing.

[sblock=OOC]Drop staff (free action); 5 foot step (move action); grab scroll (free action?); read scroll. If it takes longer than this round to do that, he'll still follow that course of action unless threatened by the creature (in which case he'll take a further 5 foot step away and read the scroll).

T, do you mind making the rolls?[/sblock]

OOG: 'Nock, Peladus' character sheet does not list a scroll of magic missile. His equipment list shows 4 scrolls of disrupt undead, a scroll of mage armor and a scroll of sleep. It lists his scroll of magic missile as having been used against a choker.

Yes, new round now. Time for a summary table, I think:

Initiative order:
Quozen, 1 HP
Pendrake, 6 HP
Peladus, 3 HP
Gillin, 2 HP
Midias, 7 HP
UT3, about as badly off as any of you.
Ngikhnit, 4 HP.

OOC: Yes, I haven't updated the character sheet but if you go back to the early pages of this thread you'll see that I listed a number of scrolls he would have scribed during down time between adventures.

Here is the post.

OOG: Ah yes:
OOC: I haven't got Peladus' CS up to date, and am not likely to for a while. His spells are listed below. In addition, he has scrolls of Detect Secret Doors, Expeditious Retreat, Floating Disk, Hold Portal, Mage Armor, Magic Missile (x2) and Sleep.
No wonder I didn't remember that :p
By the by, does anyone else have trouble with permalinks not working correctly? The link on the #postnumber works, but the permalink tends to send me to some entirely different part of the thread. Worse, it seems to work differently whether I click on 'Nock's permalink, or one I've pasted into my own post... even though the URLs appears identical. I can't even begin to figure out how that is possible.

Anyway, Quozen, then Pendrake, then Peladus...
