Table of Contents for Tome of Battle

Yeah.

Sword Sage, eh? Might be interesting to play the character type without being a Psywarrior, like my namesake was.

Honestly, I think this is going to add more to my game much more than Complete Warrior or Sword and Fist ever did. I'm really happy with most of the recent WotC products. Just oozing with flavour.

yum! :)

Well not sure ALL of the current WotC stuff is flowing with flavor but there are some that stand out, I'll grant you. CW was better than S&F by far. It seems Tome of Battle plans to go that extra mile over CW.

Akoss,

I'm game for it that's for sure.

Sound,

True you did say most. I'm sorry if I picked at it. I was merely annoyed by some of the other releases of late. I do hope they are learning. However, looking at the 1st quarter of 2007, I'm not sure what it is they are learning. Or if it's truly the right way to learn some things.

Ah, no worries Nightfall. I'm not one to get bent out of shape about stuff like that.

You do make a good point, though. I guess I was a bit a-glow over having my favourite niche tended to. :p

The book writers are all creative types and want to to try many many different ideas. Not all creative endeavours are good (or popular?) unfortunately.

Regardless of what WotC put out or how good a product is, I'm likely to tinker with it anyway. It's just part of my nature.

Unless it's from a 3rd-party publisher. ;)

Just kidding...

Anyways, not really sure if I'm at all interested in this. Looks kinda nebulous to me, but I guess I could give it a look over, not really high on my priority list though.

The book is supposed to be out next week, but according to posters on WOTC boards you can buy it now at Powles books.
For some reason one of my players just got theres today. Im still leary of it. Iron Heroes rules work so well with me, with the skimpy little few pages in this book, I doubt it'll change much.
