Mir's action will be contingent on Drota's and whether crewman 1 is still standing when it gets to Mir's turn:

If he's still standing, Mir will draw her blade, take a 5-foot step to flank him, and attack: attack damage

If he goes down, she will ready her shield and cast aid on Drota instead, and throw in (as a free action), the barb Don't tell me you were really fooled by that old ploy..

Round Two

  • Idim makes her way towards the ballista gunner, deftly avoiding an attack from a crewman (AoO from Crewman #2). She reaches him and attacks with her rapier, taking him out with one strike.
  • Drota turns to crewman #1, skewering him on her spear. he falls to the ground, clutchig his bloody side
  • Vorastrix breathes sleet at his foes, Miraculously, Drahluut manages to avoid the attack in its entirety, though the two crewmen are caught in the blast full on. Crew #2 falls to the ground, his features obscurred by frost, though crew #7 remains standing, cludching his weapon (scimitar)in desperation.
  • Drahluut - stunned
  • Mir casts aid on Drota
  • crew member #5, recovered from stunned, takes his dagger and pushes agains the wall behind him, flying towards Mir, his dagger at the ready. The attack hits, for 2 points of damage
  • crew member #6 jumps down in front of Thrumgall, mimicing the previous mans' move. The attack is easily blocked by the drawves shield.
  • crew member #7 moves in front of Drahluut (5 ft) as he loads his crossbow and takes aim at Terrathoin, though the attack flies just wide of the mark
  • Thrumgall fires in rapid sucession at the two traitors not in combat. Drahluut, stunned by Mir's sound burst is easily hit, though crew #7 dodges tha attack (since all other crew are in combat i made the attack against crew #7 and Drahluut)
  • Terrathoin moves towards Drahluut, dodging an AoO from Crew #7. the attack on Drahlutt hits (but, despite the target being stunned, is not a crit).

At the end of round two the Ballista gunner, crew member #1 and #2 are dead. crew #5 and 6 are recovered from stunned. Drahluut and Mir have both been injured.

The Martyred Justice contines to turn round and is now flanking The Sea Breeze, facing the incoming ship. While the new ship is perhaps 30 feet away from The Sea Breeze (on the other side). See the second attached picture for details.

The small silver-white wyrm flies overtop the frostbitten crewman who falls before him and continues on past the starboard gunwale. The cool mist disperses in Vor's wake to be replaced by dark smoke issuing from his nostrils and maw as the little dragon banks sharply to the right. Skimming past the port-side of the Martyred Justice, Vor takes a few bouding steps along the length of the hull before pushing off and circling back towards Drahluut; rage burning in his flashing green eyes. Seeing that his offer of mercy has been ignored, the silver-white wyrm mutters under his breath: "So be it..." Opening his fanged maw once more Vor exhales a long stream of fire to engulf the four remaining mutineers, being careful to avoid singeing his friends or the ship. He then calls out to the crew of the newly arriving vessel in common: "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT IF YOU APPROACH ANY FURTHER OR ATTEMPT TO BOARD I'LL CONSIDER IT A HOSTILE ACT AND ATTACK!"

• 60 ft. Move action to circle back.
• Standard action to breathe a 5-ft. wide by 30-ft. line of fire
for 9 points of fire damage on Crew 5, 6, 7 and Drahluut,
Ref DC 13 for half damage.
• Free action to talk.

OOC: Since they're only a stone's throw away now can we see what kind of crewmen there are on the other two ships as well as what they're doing?

The new ship is slightly larger than the others and far bulkier, though however it propels itself without the aid of sails is as yet udnetermined. Aboard the ship are many humanoids (fiendish, it seems). At the helm of these figures is a pair of tieflings (their fiendish heritage obvious for all to see - their recurved horns are bainted in celtic-like designs and covered in peircings). With them is a humanoid with black feathery-wings, holding a longsword.

The crew are chanting, psyching themselves up for an obvious boarding action. Some of them are already moving towards The Sea Breeze, their bodies held aloft by the Plane itself

[sblock=Nalfeshnee]Can Vorastrix make the appropriate knowledge checks to identify the different types of creatures from the new vessel (as well as Drahluut for that matter) and possibly determine their energy type resistances and/or vulnerabilities if applicable?[/sblock]OOC: Aside from the two tieflings and their winged companion, how many enemy boarders are there? How are they armed and armored?

It is difficult to say exactly but around a dozen ready to board, possibly more on hand to keep the vessel on course (something altogether absent from The ea Breeze)

In general, the cre appear to be human, at least humanoid, with possibly a few plane touched, but the face paint and wildly individualised clothing they each wear make it difficult to make out identifiers like skin tone etc.

[sblock=Nalfeshnee]Knowledge checks? Brandished weapons? Armor?[/sblock]OOC: And they're all coming up overtop of the quarterdeck? What are the crew of the Martyred Justice doing?
