Illvilious scrambles up the debris in in the building, the smoke inside makes his eyes water, but the lungful of good air he took before entering the building gives him time to hear a muffled cough from the pile of debris. Feeling around you come across a half covered, unconscious, half-elf man. It's going to take a bit of effort to get him out.

GM: It'll take 12 rounds to free the half elf, with each PC adding their time - so with two PC's it'll take 6 rounds, 3 PC's will take 4, etc. Making a CON save each round

I don't know if it may be quicker to for TallIan to roll or con saves for us.

Probably, but it occurs to me that I'm overly complicating this - especially in PbP - since the only result that's really going to have any effect is if all of you enter the building and all pass out. Different choices by the group would have made this relevant. So...[/GM]

With tear streamed eyes and fits of coughing you manage to free the half elf and get him outside. As your vision clears you see that he is badly burned on the lower third of his body. and a blow to his head has left his face and hair covered in blood.

Errol quickly followed the others to the farmhouse, assessing the situation. He raced after the others into the building as Duran called down rain to smother the smoke. As Ilvellious and Duran got the half elf man free and out of the building, Errol continued looking for any more survivors.

Ring of Fire Resistance (Held by Errol)
Silver ruby ring (600 gp)(Held by Errol)
Reszor, magical rapier - Rapier (uncommon), requires attunement (Held by Errol)
Reszor was commissioned by a soldier turned assassin to enhance his ability to kill without being detected. It has a star motif etched into the blade and the handle is of blue leather. Dried blood clings to the blade and cannot be cleaned off. The weapon counts as magical and when you make an attack against on opponent while hidden the attack will make no noise. Additionally, when you make an attack with this weapon and get to use bonus damage dice, such as superiority dice or sneak attack dice, roll an additional die and discard the lowest. When you say the command word "Reszor" the blade will glow with dim light out to a 5ft radius, saying the command word again will turn the light off. Finally there is a mild curse on the blade that drives the wielder to kill. After rendering an opponent incapacitated or unconscious make a DC7 WIS saving throw to stop yourself from killing the creature.

Desairn Valley, Day 8, afternoon

Errol, searches through the smoke but comes across only furniature, smashed and broken as though it were children's joys.

As Thateus looks around he notices that a freshly ploughed field has been trampled somewhat.

With Durans healing magic the blistering starts to clear and the man violently coughs up some black stuff. His eyes flick open and the look of pain on his face quickly changes to one of panic, "Mayen! he shouts, "Where's Maygen."
