D&D 5E Tall's PotA Campaign - IC

Riverguard Keep,
Early Evening, Day 5

She looks confused for a moment - as though you should know this information - then says, "There's around 40 or 50, though many of them are out patrolling, its hard to say how many are in the keep. Jolly won't let you get away with robbing me, he'll hunt you down, and hang you with your own entrails. You think you are the first cutesies to try something like this."

Searching the room, you find a chest under the bed containing 80 sp, 30 gp, a silk pouch that holds four excellent jaspers worth 70 gp each, a scroll of haste, and a scroll of wall of water. The Tomes on the shelf contain various nautical information, such as sea charts, shipping manifest and captains logs. The desk proves to be rather bare, with only some blank parchment, a writing kit on it and one tome.

"What is your name, and where do we find Jolly's room?" Ilvellios asked, flicking idly through the tome on the desk.

OOC:
Is it worth someone casting Suggestion on her, so that she can come with us? Or will we leave her tied up here?

She looks at Illvilious with the same confused expression, as though you are asking something you should know. "Urshnora, you imbecile did you not listen when you signed up. Jollie's room is the old lord's chamber down the hallway, but he's usually in the great hall downstairs at this time.

GM: The lord's chamber she's referring to is the semi-circular room you first entered.

A look of almost pure extacy crosses her face at JVs telepathic link. But they should know this, if they have already joined, if I have put your plans at risk I will gladly end them.

J.V.'s smile turns wicked as he continues, "One of us? Look at them! They could NEVER be one of us! You know what you must do..." J.V. ends the link and waits patiently behind a bookshelf for the woman to make her move.

Riverguard Keep,
Day 5, Early Evening

Yes my queen Urshnora replies silently.

The rest of the party are surprised when she suddenly shouts, "In the name of Olydia, DIE!" Errol feels a sense of dread come over him and Urshnora suddenly reduces in size, assuming the shape of a snake, though composed entirely of water, the manacles that bound her no longer even there.

GM: Urshnora casts Hex (DEX) on Errol, then uses her action to shapechange.

Urshnorarolled 7 for iniative, but my tablet crashed and I've lost the link.  Everyone but JV are surprised this round, so only reactions, but if you beat 7 then post your round 2 actions.

I'm away from my laptop until the middle of the week, so pardon my posts, they're a little sparse in details, but you're aiming for AC12
