[sblock=OOC] The funny thing about that is that his charisma is only a 10, so he doesn't really make a good face. He is just very perceptive and just tends to "get it". Funny thing is, he doesn't suspect Pok of "spying" on him, and he plans to use Pok (who seems to be very close to the most stealthy he's ever seen) to become the most perceptive person alive. Pok will be his ticket to unlocking his innate power and becoming a Medani Trueseer. Muahahaha. What PP do you plan to take Pok into? [/sblock]

The door to the tavern opens and a cloaked figure stands in the doorway. The figure makes his way directly to the bar, seemingly not noticing any of the other patrons. When he approaches the bar he pulls back the hood of the cloak and nods to the bartender. Under the hood you all now see a grizzeled Shifter, who has obviously seen time on the front lines of the war. "I'll have whatever this is goina get me" he states in a gravely tone, placing down a gold coin. "Somthin hot to eat and somthin cold to drink" and then he turn and heads over to an empty table away from the others. He unslings his pack and sets it on the chair next to him, seating himself with his back to the wall and a clear view of the entire tavern and all the patrons. He then slides his boots off and begins massaging his feet, glancing up only once and giving the entire tavern a once over with a 'what the H*ll are you looking at' look. "Name's Grryth" he states gruffly.

[sblock=OOC]
This is Grryth, Longtooth Shifter Tempest Fighter (Ranger).
And yes, that's as friendly as he gets.
Not approved yet, but submitting hopefully soon.
Just wanted to get him into the tavern.

[sblock=DMDanW]make sure you read all the errata for the tempest powers. I was going to play a shifter tempest, but my concept was ruined by the errata. Go back to the first few pages of this thread to see what she was looking like. :)[/sblock]OOC - King finally wrote me back that he just moved and only got connected back to net today, and he wants in.

The kid nods, "Yes, yes. There are other shops on our street that were put out of business because of them. I don't even know what they protect us from, but I know you adventurers can handle anything! I'm sure my Pa can give you guys the money instead of the kobolds."

Having watched the entire exchange in seeming silence, Cleaver suddenly bursts into motion as Tondrek speaks.

I would be of assistance as well, if you'd have me. My blade would easily cleave the skulls of kobolds.

[sblock=ooc] Sorry I been away so long, a week of insane concert going followed by moving and slow internet hookup. Hope there is still room for me!![/sblock]

"Great!," the halfling teen says exciteably. "That's five of you. That should be enough to convince my Pa to stop paying the kobolds." Weaving through the tavern, Harkin stops by the door, turning to make sure everybody is following him. They begin walking through the streets of Sharn.

[sblock=ooc]See IC thread for game now.[/sblock]

Tamarand rises and without looking back strides out into the street, mounting his draft lizard and folloring closely behind, enjoying the stares from any curious onlookers. The lizard's tongue forks back and forth, testing the air and it hisses when anyone gets too close.

As everyone begins moving, Cleaver turns to Tondrek.

Would you like to bring your tower supplies?
Tondrek is already halfway leaving when he hears the 'forged. He looks back and shrugs. Build another next time. I've built four! He then trundles away under his burdens, he construct following.
