Teleport hazardous or even impossible

I know this flies in the face of the rules, but my Big Bad Evil Guys traditionally mix the blood from human sacrifices in with the mortar on their castle walls. Preventing Teleportation. :-P

A more rules-centric approach would be to look at the "Delay Teleportation" spells from Spell Compendium, then make it a permanent resetting trap that redirects the teleporting creatures into a prison or other dangerous location.

Nah, that's power. Eeeeeevil power. There's probably a variant rule in the BoVD that supports it - try the one that suggests that sites of great evil have special properties (killing enough people makes such a site.)
