I've only played a little of the series so I couldn't say exactly what the whip stats would be.
But I'd suggest for their stats, to perhaps give them the Lasher PrC, trading out the sneak attack and stunning whip abilities (since they don't affect undead) for something else (Perhaps ability to consturct more effective holy water vials, and similar), perhaps some abilities from the Foehunter PrC (with the ability to affect undead). As for a base class, perhaps something like Ranger (Favored Enemy: Undead) and/or Fighter.
Just a few thoughts. If you could list out their abilities, and roughly what they do-along with about how powerful you want them (just a general description), I'd be glad to convert it.
I'm a huge Castlevania fan, and I'm going to spoil some things, so if you actually care, i'm leaving some spoiler space.
That should do it. Anyway, Seeing as the Belmonts are Descended from Alucard, Dracula's dhampir son, and Sonia Belmont, I'd give them templates of some sort. As to classes, I'd make them variant paladins and lashers. Maybe I'll stat a few of them up, probably Simon, Richter, Sonia and Alucard, later.
The new Castlevania Game, which deals with the origins of the Belmonts, apparantly has the first Belmont vampire hunter be a former knight. So there's a precedent for making the Belmonts modified Paladins.

Technically Leon Belmont(The new guy from Lament of Innocence), isn't a Vampire Hunter. He's a Crusader whose girlfriend gets kidnapped by Dracula. He goes to Castlevania and meets an old man who gives him the whip Vampire Killer. I assume that his daughter, whom comes about after this fiasco, is Sonia. The first belmonts got their powers from magical artifacts found in the castle of Dracula. Starting with Trevor, the son of Alucard and Sonia, they had innate powers thanks to the latent Chaos from their paternal Grandfather.
I'll stop now. I know entirely too much about this stuff.
