OOC: That wouldn't by chance have been an area attack the snake lady used (provoking OA from Woe)?

Atreus curses in Tseugo, he had such a good plan for the snake lady, it will have to wait. He focuses on the orc and moves closer while pulling an extra dagger from his belt. He attacks the orc and slides him closer to Arnest and Woe. With a huge grin he throws his daggers towards the Orc and Arnest in attempt to blind them with their own blood.

[sblock=Actions]
Move Action: Moves to C3
Standard Action: Uses his encounter, Posistioning Strike against the orc, Hits 13 will and does 10 damage (sneak attack included) and slides him to D6
Minor Action: Does nothing with his minor action
Action Point: Uses his daily, Blinding Barrage against the Orc and Arnest, makes a critical against the Orc, hits AC 30 and blinds him to the end of my nxt turn, got 12 damage and misses Arnest but does half damage = 4
Saving Throw:does not make it ( got 6)

“Watch out for the spear!” Woe shouts to the orc with ironic sympathy in his voice, a split-second before he slices his weapon into its tender flesh.

“Aww man, I think you might’ve been too slow!”

While the orc is caught off-guard by the assault, Woe nimbly circles around it without dropping his guard to come within striking range of Arnest.

“Hey Earnest you dork, got a message from Granny! She says its way past your bedtime and has decided to disown you!”

[sblock=Actions]Woe attacks the orc with Crushing Surge, hitting AC 26 with 10 damage and gains 2 temporary hit points on hit. Assume Woe always marks unless otherwise noted (he would probably forgo marking if he’s almost knocked out).

Then he uses Pass Forward to move to E5 without provoking OA from the orc.

Round 1, continued

Atreus tries to fake out the orc, but the ghostly tendrils of smoke confuse and distract him, causing his blade to miss the chink in the orc's armor that he was aiming for. Looking around, you notice that the smoke eddies are strongest in parts of the room near the snake priestess. Undeterred, Atreus strikes again. This time, a spurt of blood runs into the orc's eyes, blinding him momentarily. (The priestess has an aura that grants concealment to nearby allies, causing positioning strike to miss by 1. That means your sneak attack damage applies to the crit, which is better anyways, since it gets maxed. 24 total damage, and orc is blinded)

Woe mocks the orc, even as he stabs him with his spear. (Hit, orc is bloodied. Since the orc isn't moved, Pass Forward isn't necessary. I've put you in E5 anyway, but you're free to change that positioning if you like. Also need a save vs. slowed.)

The orc roars a challenge, muscles swelling to improbable size. It swings blindly at the space where Atreus last stood, somehow cutting him deeply despite being unable to see him. (Orc hits with warrior's surge; 11 damage and the orc regains 16 hp and is no longer bloodied. If Woe changes his movement to be adjacent, he can have a combat challenge attack here. Atreus is bloodied.)

Palindrome's eye twitches. "Target. Rich. Environment," he groans, "Don't. Know. Who. To. Kill. First."

He moves to the end of the stairs and strains with concentration--or is it constipation? It looks remarkably like constipation.

A spectral legion of angry housewives appears around Arnest, screaming at him to take out the trash and fix the squeaking hinges on the front door. One swats him with a frying pan.

Seconds later, an army of scantily clad strumpets mobs the snake lady, attempting to smother her in kisses and rip off her clothes.

[sblock=Actions]Move to (-A, 1).

Cast 'Illusory Ambush' on Arnest. (1d20+5=20, 1d6+4=6) -2 to attack rolls until P's ENT.

Spend Action Point.

Cast 'Grasping Shadows' on (H, 6). (1d20+5=14, 1d8+4=11) v. Snake Lady Slowed until P's ENT.[/sblock]

Tander tries to focus despite the ringing in his ears, and somehow manages to summon divine aid for himself and Atreus whilst pulling some of the punch out of the blind orc, at least for a while.

I humbly suggest we focus on finishing off the orc and then go after the hound.

OOC: Beacon of hope - Tander and Atreus each heal 9 hp, beacon of hope hits orc Will 24. Orc is weakened until end of its next turn. Tander heals extra 5 hp on all healing powers until end of encounter. Tander fails save vs. dazed. I hate being dazed. No, I REALLY hate it. Really really. :rant:
