Does anyone have a link to or record of the actual first usage of the commoner railgun? I've managed to narrow it down to, probably, somewhere in late July of 2001. Around July 25th, I see examples of things like "a relay race of people carrying halflings", and on the 31st, I see a reference to "the railgun made of commoners", all in rec.games.frp.dnd. Does anyone have a more detailed or concrete source?
