Maybe the anal leakage itself IS the hallucination. Which would suck [in a way] because no matter what you do to try to stop it, it just keeps leaking! Though on the plus side, you wouldn't be creating any icky situations, just weird situations with people looking at you funny as you try to stop the leakage that no one else sees.
