Round 2. Only Hunter and the wolf got round 1 actions:

GM: The rest of the group is two rounds of Dashing away I would think (that's only like a 120ft back). unless you think you might have been closer? Everyone can roll initiative and if you have Ranged attacks, etc. you can act next round (unless your Passive Perception is at least a 16)

Everyone posting actions got me confused.
5e does surprise rounds as round 1 of combat.

Yeah, only we were surprised, but Hunter and the wolf were not, since they both beat each other's stealth w/perception.

Me too, sorry if I jumped the gun for round 2, I think that's what caused the whole thing

Round 1: only Hunter and the wolf act, everyone else surprised
Round 2: all of us act, just finished with Hunter backing up*, now all the goblins get to go
Round 3: coming soon

*I'm guessing this is what's throwing people--seeing someone in the party go a second time implies it might be the party's turn again. But nope.

Yes [MENTION=6801671]SunGold[/MENTION] got it there... the goblins and wolves are going to go in Round 2 and then all the heroes go in Round 3. It was a bit confusing this Round as there was surprise for the main group (not Hunter) but I still wanted people to act for round 2.

NORMALLY it will not be that confusing... unless you split the party a lot. Then I will try something else...
