[sblock=OOC]Garyh, I humbly asks for that my comrades who hasn't gotten a magical item to get a magical item before Soldier gets one [/sblock]

[sblock=Revised Wishlist]OK, I removed the axes as I have come to the conclusion that I don't care what enchantment the greataxe has, it is kinda the same sentiment that you had about armors for Hrav but I have it for the weapon/greataxe instead

The orc falls to Ts'iri's dagger and curse, and the camp is still save for the crackling fire.

A brief examination of the defeated discovers that Brander's armor is Darkleaf Leather Armor +1 (PHB p228, Level 4), and the orc's greataxe is a Frost Greataxe +1 (PHB p234, Level 3).

"Where is my sister?" Tyrion asks concernedly.

Callen walks slowly into the clearing, the adrenaline of the battle wearing off and his tired old frame weakened. He joins the others in searching, starting with Brander's body.

The group searches all the tents, and upon opening the flap to the large tent in the north of the camp, they find a battered eladrin woman chained to the tent pole, her mouth gagged. Raw scars, shaped like the links of a chain, adorn her cheeks.

As the party sets to freeing her, Tyrion looks into the tent. "Ashara!" he exclaims. "Brander's dead! You're free!"

As the gag is removed, the woman replies, "Good." She has plainly been through much since she was captured, and instead of broken, become hard. "Now let us return to the Feywild. I have no interest in the help of those of this world. We will die with our people in our homeland, and that will be the end of it. I do not want to spend another moment more in this world than necessary."

"But-"

"No. We return to the portal now."

"At least let my friends here escort us to -"

"No. I will not trust any who dwell here. Ever."

"In that case," Tyrion says to the group, "I can give you only my thanks, and wish you a safe journey home. If only we had found you first, instead of Brander and his gang finding us..."

With that, the siblings head north, and Ashara never looks back, though Tyrion does once, waving his thanks again.

In the tent, the group finds a chest, locked but easily picked, containing 500 gold pieces. In the corner of the tent rests a staff that upon examination is a Staff of the Warmage (PHB p242, Level 3).

Their quarry rescued, the quest is complete, and the group may return to Daunton.

[sblock=OOC]Congrats! Adventure complete! Sorry for keeping you waiting on this post, I've been really busy this week. And I hope the ending is satisfying, doing the best I can with the pieces I picked up (this probably wouldn't have been a theme I'd have chosen in designing my own adventure).

I will post a final summary sheet with XP and treasure gain Thursday or Friday night (Pacific Time). In the mean time, feel free to return to the Hanged Man or RP some here.[/sblock]

Soldier picks up the magic greataxe and then he asks the group, "I will take this magical greataxe if it is ok with the rest of the group??"

OOC: Great job, friends! and if I may I say so great teamwork in the last battle.

Kama'zer nods at Ashara's outburst, not fazed in the least. She respects what she went through and the hardness it brought to the surface. She will survive better for it.

"Farewell, Tyrion, and good journey." Kama'zer says matter-of-factly.

Turning to Soldier, the Gith woman says "You may have it as far as I am concerned. I do not believe there is another among us who favors such a weapon."

On the trip back to Daunton, she remarks about how well the team worked together and her appreciation for finding others of her race who thought as she did about the Githyanki/Githzerai hatred.

OOC: Well done, everyone! If we're lucky, maybe we'll be able to keep this group together for another adventure sometime soon. Thanks to garyh for a great job stepping into the DM shoes. Too bad that the sequels Halford had planned for this are gone with him. :.-( But there will be other adventures soonish I'm sure.
