Nimisgod, could you look over the mounted combat rules and check whether the +1 AC from being mounted you mentioned actually exists? I think it's +1 to hit, not +1 to AC. Tell me if you disagree, or if it's both.

Round 2
Ishmael, from a commanding position on top of his warpony, slashes at the redcap but misses.

The Redcap slashes at Rodimus once more, and in spite of his weakened stat finds the completely unarmored monk difficult to miss. The savage blow deals 15 damage and sends the Half-Orc flying. He crumples to the ground, at -4 hp and bleeding. Following through with his massive swing (ooc: need to double check, but I seem to recall he has cleave) his scythe is deflected by the paladins heavy armor.

Persephone blasts the redcap for 8 damage.

Rodimus fails to stabilize, dropping to -5 hp.

Gorefoot is up next!

Nars takes a 5 ft step to flank with either Ishmael (first choice) or Gorefoot. He swipes at the redcap with Felhunter and his dagger.

primary attack (1d20+10=12, 5d6+5=19)
Nars gives an ever so slight glance of confusion at Felhunter as its point drives into the ground. Feybane my foot
secondary attack (1d20+7=23, 1d4+2d6+1=15)

OOC: I think Nars should be able to 5 ft step to flank with one of them. I'm not sure where Ishmael is. If not, hopefully Gorefoot will 5 ft step to a position that would allow Nars to flank with a 5 ft step.

Percy moves to P or Q6, then swirls to fire another magic missile at the redcap. She's like to put a little distance and a tree between her and the cruel fey.

OOC: Magic missile #2: 8 again

Wow. Is all Percy can do fire magic missiles? At least her ray of enfeeblement worked. That was a good idea of Nars'. Maybe it would accrue some AoOs if it tries to teleport away in the heat of battle..

OoC: Note to self, get bracers of armor and ring of protection and amulet of natural armor ASAP. Lack of armor is BAD for a monk at low levels.

Round 2 Concludes
Gorefoot moves in to menace the Redcap, standing protectively over Rodimus. His blows do not connect.

Nars stabs the Redcap with his cold iron dagger, dealing 15 points of damage.
