OOC: Orc Biker initiative (1d20+1=17) - Derp, that should be +3, so 19 total.
6 bandits initiative (1d20+1=14)
Andus initiative (1d20=16)
5 recruits initiative (1d20=12)

Initiative Order

19 - Orc Biker
16 - Andus
14 - 6 Bandits
12 - Din Din
12 - Recruits
8 - Ngoya
7 - Jeremiah
5 - Kini
3 - Jacobim

The orc revs his engine, curved sword in hand, and barrels toward the group, Jacobim specifically.

Orc biker attack and damage (1d20+5=6, 1d6+3=7)

He misses, his blade swishing through the air.

Andus places himself between Jacobim and the motorcycle in case the orc circles back around.

The bandits with the energy weapons fire, one at Ngoya's position and another at Gareth. The bow wielders, meanwhile, fire at the recruits.

Bandits with energy rifls attack and damage (1d20+1=20, 1d8=8, 1d20+1=5, 1d8=2)

Though the rifles are obviously jury-rigged and low on energy, one shot manages to hit Ngoya in the shoulder, leaving a smouldering, perfectly round hole there. Luckily for Gareth, the other rifleman isn't so precise.

Bandits attack and damage vs the recruits (1d20+1=17, 1d20+1=11, 1d20+1=9, 1d20+1=6) Derp, forgot to roll damage (1d8+1=9)

One recruit is impaled through the neck and falls, screaming noiselessly.

OOC: Din Din/Gareth is up!

Din Din (as Gareth Silvertongue)

As soon as the orc charges forward, Din Din picks up his wand again, realizing that he's just been missed by a shot from an energy weapon. Directing his gaze at the motorized assaillant, he quotes some ominous sounding words in Sylvan -- gibberish, but he's betting this orc doesn't know that -- and uses a trick he's learned from the Lady.

A strange and uncomfortable atmosphere descends in Din Din's immediate surroundings.

OOC: Using Fey Presence to try and frighten the orc: charm or frighten creatures within 10 feet, 1/short rest. Requires a Wisdom saving throw; save DC is 13. I try to keep allies out of reach for this effect.

The recruits, four of them now, fire their longbows at the bandits with bows.

Recruits attack and damage (1d20=17, 1d8=1, 1d20=1, 1d8=8, 1d20=11, 1d8=6, 1d20=13, 1d8=4)

One of the recruits manages to hit though the arrow only nicks the bandit's scalp. Another's arrow narrowly misses, sinking itself in to the wall the bandit is using as cover. One of the poor recruits, visibly shaken by his friend's death, fumbles his arrow and sends flying directly upward.

OOC: Ngoya, Jeremiah, Kini, and Jacobim are up!

Jacobim's eyes flare with rage as the orc misses, while mentally acknowledging Andus' obeisance: "May your soul never find rest" he curses at the orc, as he proceeds to blast the thug with arcane magic

[roll0]
[roll=damage]1d10[/roll]+[roll]1d6[/roll]

OOC: 1 bonus action to cast Hex at the orc (target's strength checks at a disadvantage, and additional 1d6 damage any time damage is done to target by caster. If target drops to 0hp before end of spell (1h), use a bonus action to curse new creature).
Cast eldritch blast at the orc
