on a light note, we finally have gotten some rain here in Nashville, Tennessee. Now the trees will change in glorious colour. Still not good for California being in a drought.

You should come visit. We have New York City 30 miles to the west and go all the way out to farms to the east (maybe 90 miles?) and have everything else in between!

Autumn is my favorite season and I miss the New England scenery quite a bit during this time of year.

I am finding more and more people who say Fall is their favorite season. I love Christmas and my birthday is near Christmas plus Thanksgiving and New Years... but Fall has Halloween and glorious color changing trees and apple picking and pumpkin picking and Fall craft fairs with yummy roasted corn and cooler weather but not cold... It's close for me.
