Force wave is too powerful imo. However, this can be corrected by changing the text "+10 feet per power rating" to "+5 feet."
I would give them UMD so that they aren't completely crushed by Warlocks.
I don't know, it seems kind of bland. I think I'd get bored of it in 20 levels. If I were you, I would let them burn energy to use scrolls (level 1 scrolls cost 1 power level). The reason that the Warlock doesn't get old (to some of us, anyway) is that you get to choose which invocations you get access to, and this class has nothing like that. There's very little variety. While it's an ok blaster (Lock is better because its blast uses d6s and can alter them with invocations) there will never be much variety in what it's doing. There simply isn't very much strategy in using the class. I don't know what to tell you; it has the same problems for me that the Barbarian does: if you've seen one, you've seen them all.
