That's the great unknown.
My money on Mando vs Gideon Beskar spear vs Darksaber. After Mando suicide squad.
A reveal after that for season 3. Expect s cliffhanger.
They don't want to kill a main character so instead they took his ship. I was super surprised they did, thought it was a cool ship. What?! The Razor Crest was totally cool! My jaw literally dropped when it blew up, which is not something my jaw normally does. (I'm a jaw clencher by nature.)
Like last season?Prefer Gideon defeated not killed though.
Like last season?
(I agree with you, but he's got to die at some point in the series, right? Unless he's Snoke.)
Exactly! He's like the fighter PC who has a ridiculously high AC because the DM let him have +3 plate armor of resistance or something, so because the DM can't take the PC out in a fight, he has to come up with alternative ways to get at them -- like taking away their sweet ride and putting their beloved 'pet' in peril. They don't want to kill a main character so instead they took his ship. I know Rebels tempted Ezra to the dark side on a number of occasions, but I just can't see him going dark based on the decisions he'd made by the end of the series. He may be a bit weathered and cynical by now (remember that he shares a birthday with Luke and Leia), but I think he'll essentially still be a good guy.Ezra is the obvious one but thinking spin off and to obvious.
Maybe he's gone dark and working with Thrawn.
Nah. Those things in the tanks in the Imperial base on Nevarro were proto-Snokes, I reckon. They had the right sort of shape.Like last season?

Totally. I think they're doing a good job providing enough context within the series itself that there's no need to seek out tie-in products to fill in the gaps, like there is with the sequel trilogy.Yeah it's like they want us to keep watching or something.
