After Mark hides himself, a fourth elemental catches up with the other 3.

[sblock]Ok, just so you know, the 3 of you not involved right now are 600 feet away from the wizards and the elementals that haven't moved. You are also 480 feet away from the earth elementals that have moved and 410 feet away from the fire elemental. Aolis and his constructs are 10 feet away from the fire elemental and 80 feet away from the 4 moved earth elementals. All of this is in pretty much a straight line right now.[/sblock]

On Fiona's initiative...

Following the other's out of the inn and seeing the situation unfold before her, Fiona decides that even though she doesn't know them well, her companions seem well intentioned and she should offer them what help she can. Knowing she isn't a very good fighter, instead of trying to attack her foes directly, she quickly casts a spell and then draws from her horn and lets out a quick battle cry, hoping to inspire those around her.

[sblock=OOC]I assume Fiona is standing with everyone else (although a bit back). Her round is as follows:

• Swift action-Cast Inspirational Boost
• Standard action-Cast Harmonize
• Move action-Activate bardic music (inspire courage), with horn. All allies gain +6 morale bonuse to attacks and +8 morale bonus to damage and saves vs. charms and fear.

Fiona takes 10 damage from using Words of Creation.[/sblock]

After Fiona starts playing her horn, the last 2 earth elementals catch up with the others, 80 feet away from the constructs and Aolis, they seem eager to attack. The 2 astral constructs seem just waiting for thier master's command to attack. Reaper starts running towards the battle at his full speed, still hundreds of feet away from the main event, and finally Aolis unleashes his massive attack of the mind.

The wall of cold surrounds the massive fire creature who fails to resist the attack and takes a sizable amount of damage. The wave of ectoplasm surrounds and infuriates the creature. it then passes through the wall of cold again in order to attempt to break free from its prison and again fails to shrug off the damage. He then slams his mighty fists into the wall, dealing a mighty blow to the wall. After this, 3 of the earth elementals sink into the ground while moving towards the constructs and Aolis.

[sblock]Nice job with the elemental walls. I would watch out though, the fire elemental will be angry when he breaks out, and you wont like him when hes angry. Oh, and if anyone looks back to where the wizards were, they would have noticed that they teleported away.[/sblock]

Aolis calls the Constructs closer to himself, ordering them to guard him against any creature trying to attack. Manifesting a power to Dispell a group of Earth Elementals he lets his Schismed mind weave a concealing amorpha around himself.

Mark (who has been pursuing the wizards) curses vainly at their vanishing forms. Although he had first thought that his intervention against the Elementals would be so useless as to be virtually pointless, he is inspired by Fiona's music, and decides to take a chance. He stands, abandoning all stealth, and lets fly with four daggers (full attack) at the nearest Earth Elemental.

(two attack rolls, due to Palm Throw, but each is two daggers)

First Attack (with magic dagger): 37+6=43, 4+8=12 damage & 3+8=11 damage
Second Attack (without): 29-5+6=30, 4+8=12 damage & 1+8=9 damage

ooc: my range increment is 20 feet, thanks to Far Shot... but, depending on my exact distance from the aforementioned nearest Earth Elemental, there will be a range penalty of some sort.

EDIT: Oops, forgot the bonuses Fiona's music provide... which, come to think of it, make my intervention actually somewhat useful in this combat, thanks to my high number of weak attacks... noting this in the IC. Editing... and noting the modifiers numerically, so as not to cause confusion with their disparity from the invisiblecastle rolls. Incidentally, also noticed that the second attack should be at a -5 (as it's just a second attack from high BaB)... fixing.

One of the elementals takes all of Mark's attacks, which dont seem to penetrate very far. That same elemental dissappears into the ground after the first 3.

Also Aolis, by the time your round comes up, all of the earth elementals will have dissapeared into the ground. Unless you tell me exactly where you want to manifest the power I would suggest another one. And everyone, please post your OOC comments in sblock and /sblock[/sblock]

Then he will simply retreat 60 feet and see if an opportunity presents itself next round, leaving one of the constructs behind to protect Mark and Fiona.
