I just preordered the PC version of GTA: San Andreas. The Swedish release date is this friday but due to shipping I will probably get the game next week. Is it wrong of me to download a "warez" version in the meantime?

(In the US) Legally, yes it is wrong. You do not have the physical, legal, product right now and, therefore, cannot claim it is a "backup."

Also, if you download it, you are helping to perpetuate piracy which may not be something you want to do.

Can´t you wait one week?
Only one week in which you should stay legal. To stay legal you can read enworld and post here. It is as interesting as playing GTA

That's the trick - it isn't illigal to download here, for a few more months. So it's more of a moral question.
