Yeah, but the rat population of Corto Maltese has probably been decimated! She'll have to wait a few rat generations before returning for superheroics.

I wonder if she will have to develop a circuit of locations, timing her heroics to the recovery of native rat populations.

Her rat controlling powers aren't inherently a part of her, like Poison ivy's plant-based powers. You knock the glow stick out of her hand and she's done unless she's highly trained in hand to hand combat.

Sure, various superheroes have different power sources. Superman is a Kyrptonian, Iron Man has a suit, Green Lantern has a ring, etc. I'm not sure what we're debating here?
