The Week of Truth

First Post
Well, it's that time... the WOTC setting design contest results should be sent out sometimes very soon (if they haven't been already).

Any last words?

Oh, and has anyone actually received a response (Negative or Positive)? Technically speaking the first week of august ended on the 3rd.

Zulkir, aka Anthony Valterra, mentioned elsewhere that a decision won't be made until at least next week, after GenCon.

Look for the post "Read #4750 last night" or something close to that. :)

Look where?

I got a call

some lady called us today (us being my team) saying she needed legal signatures from us. She sent my roomate something in his mail, but he hasnt checked it yet. figures.

I hope that doesn't mean that people who fouled up their release forms are being considered... that's going to open up more competition when there really isn't any need for it...

Can I just say that on a forum as busy as ENWorld and where the search function has been disabled, it is bad form to tell people to go looking for posts.

Fortunately, that particular thread is pretty active, so it was near the top.

Whine, whine, whine.

Give an inch, they ask for a mile.

Can I just say that the level of need for instant gratificiation in this day and age is unfortunate?

Back on topic, my guess is that WotC is contacting the team writers to make sure they're still teams, since it's been a while since the proposals went out. Perhaps they want to make sure that if Joe, Bob, and Bill were the original writing team, that Joe, Bob, and Bill haven't had a falling-out. :)
