...Bards as a non-PrC.
...Bards that nolonger pick up wizard spells (using Int and spellbook), but instead somehow get magic simply by being pretty-boys.
...Color coded Dragons
...Dragons used as minor monsters
...Eberron; That DMG eyes only stuff is repeatedly printed alongside Player stuff (Kaius is a vampire? Huh, don't forget the holy water!).
...Eberron; Dwarves still get bonuses to fight Giants, but the Elves have the anti-giant backstory as well as an uber Giant-slayer PrC.
...Eberron; Shifters as a race rather than a Template. (other than that, great stuff Mr Hellcow!)
...Half-Elves as Standard PC Races
...Half-Orcs as Standard PC Races
...Point Buy under 32
...Sorcerers
...The very notion that D&D must be pseudo-western-europe, and ONLY that. "Sorry, this region has no room for voodoo, ninjas, or thri-kreen!"
