Agree with arwink, maybe it was the stick beatings that were missing from the Hong sighting, it's just not the same without them.:D

Talks about hongs amazing ability to derail threads. Use quote from Discworld book to make point. Complains that this thread has now been taken off topic, and that we should all try and remember what it is we're talking about, and get back to it.

Points out that many Teletubbies viewers in the UK are drunk/stoned students, and thus could potentially count to 20, but perhaps not whilst watching the show.

Accepts worship, feeling overly smug at the thought of it.

Posts ten reasons why Peter Davies was a better Doctor Who than William Hartnell.

Wasn't it about whether Janeway could beat Sisko at beaning people with d20's?

Rolls eyes at Tallarn's smugness and misquotes him in order to prove he shouldn't be so smug.

Gloats about the hotness of her avatar.

Adds a disgusted commentary on the degeneration of Batman.

Tells Tallarn that Peter Davies never played Dr Who (though Peter Davison did). ;) And mentions that William Hartnell was fantastic, but clearly Sylvester McCoy was best.

Reminds everyone to get back on topic. :D

Goes away.

Notes that Tom Baker will forever be the best Dr. Who, and then wonders why the Dr. Who CCG never took off.

Still believes the that all mechanics are broken.

beats hong with stick.

Makes a quick on-topic comment in order to justify the further discussion of Dr. Who.

Suggests that everyone who was working on the Gibberling D20 product stop their work and start working on the D20 Dr. Who game. Declare myself a true fan despite the fact that I have seen no more than 10 episodes in my entire life.

Takes guilty pleasure in getting another eyeful of seonaid's avatar, but otherwise dismisses her statements entirely, with the exception of the degeneration of Batman, which is the inevitable conclusion to a life-long career of fighting crime when you don't have super powers. Goes on to state that Batman should be considered handi-capped by comic book standard, which is why we should all like him that much more (I mean, we are an equal opportunity bunch here, right?).

Makes another on-topic statement and finishes with a comment about how Picard was a far better captain than Kirk.

Decides to add a High Priest from the Church of Tallarn into current campaign. Concludes religion must be some type of military theocracy, as Tallarn has declared himself to be Moderator General over in Randlomling's House. Questions what alignment the great Tallarn is, and what he is the god of?

Thanks alsih2o for the avatars of both the Silver Moon and the Scottish Piper. Thanks Angcuru for combining the two.

Notices that nobody has commented about the bogus history of the rule in question from my prior post. Berates all posters for getting off topic, especially Baraendur! Tells Baraendur that, unlike his prior thread, he is correct with this one and should stick with the facts.

Tells jdavis that the first draft of the Gibberlings Secret Agent chapter is due on Thursday, June 5th. Decides to assign all D20 games not already assigned to PirateCat, as he has copies of every game ever published.

Makes comment about the Seonaid avatar, but decides it may not be appropriate so edits it out.

Points out that Marshmellow Flavored Coke would probably just steal sales away from Vanilla Coke.

Cites original rule in question, with quotations from Dragon Magazine published just as 3E was coming out, as an example of this being a foundational cornerstone of the edition and therefore should not be questioned.

Criticizes Tallarn, Randomling, and Remathilis for bringing up Dr. Who, stating that sci-fi television shows are unrelated to the topic at hand and should not be cited in this thread. Shows complete hypocricy by then bringing up Star Trek. Points out that people who accuse Kirk of being a "Shoot first and ask questions later" kind of guy are wrong. He always asks both his Science Officer and Chief Medical Officer for their opinions. He then totally ignores their advice and shoots the alien.

Attaches picture found on the Internet of King Henry VIII with Homer Simpon's face pasted over it. Contemplates whether Henry will either be offended and close the thread, or like it and use it as his new avatar.

Edits Typo, but claims edit is a follow-up clarification based on Baraendur's new post.

Posts a link to her version of the seventh chapter of D20 Dr. Who, which is entirely in heroic couplets and has nothing to do with the show, other than the use of the words (separately) "Dr." and "Who." In fact, it looks suspiciously like either a come-on or a personal attack (or both), depending on which poster is reading.

Begins to work on statting TARDIS, wonders who remembers what it stands for, googles to find correct answer.

Still wonders whether to be a paladin or blackguard, looks to Tallarn for guidance.

To keep topical, decides to buy Gibberling Paladin/Blackguard a Time Machine, wonder's if DM will allow it.

Still staring at Seonaid's Avatar.
