Okay, this weekend...

Friday, Amanda wants to see Snakes on a Plane, so can we start the Friday thing in a couple of weeks?

Saturday, Amanda and I want to go see the Hospice (the Chubby Checker is playing) around 7, so can we either move the boardgames earlier in the day (finishing around 6) or to Sunday?

Of course, any (or all) of you are welcome to attend these things with us! Hospice is free, but the movie is not.

I will probably be going to see Chubby Checker, too. I went last year to see the guy from Herman's Hermits and he was very entertaining--- and the fireworks were better than the 4th of July fireworks. It's a fun time. If you are susceptible to mosquitoes, though, slather on the protection!

That sounds good to me. Well, starting in a couple of weeks. Not Snakes on a Plane. I wouldn't mind seeing it, but we are really tight.

Free is good. Although I have been making fun of Chubby Checker ever since they announced the show. I'll see if the family wants to go.

Maybe we could move the epic Arkham Horror game to Sunday?

I hope to have the rules for both Arkham horror and the expansion down by either Saturday or Sunday. :)

The expansion can be mixed in the original, or just used by itself. There are two sets of rules we can use with the expansion.

Visiting exhibit play style (for experienced players, which we are not) and Permanent Exhibit play style. Which I'm going to be pushing for. If we play the game with the expansion. :)

Sunday is out, but Saturday (say, noonish?) is good until about 6, so any and all can go to the concert.

Well... I probably won't get out of work until noon or so Saturday. I will probably take a raincheck on gaming Saturday then. I haven't talked to the family to see if they want to go to the concert, but if I talk them into it, I'll give y'all a call.

And, if anyone wants to park in front of my house for the concert, please c'mon over. We are four or five blocks from Mill Race, but with all the traffic, it could save you some time.
