D&D 5E Tiamat Unleashed - HELP!?

I will absolutely be sharing. It is basically done, I am just waiting to get the 2025 Monster Manual to see how high end monsters (such as dragons) have been revised. Everything points to them being tougher at the same CR, but it is not 100% clear to me how much yet. Once get that it should just be a few days to update some statblocks and the it will be released!

With that being said, and if time is of an essence, I would be happy to share the draft with you. It is really complete expect for 1 piece of artwork and the statblock updates I mentioned. Let me know!

Time is sort of of the essence, as the campaign is starting in a couple of weeks. I'd love to see it sooner if possible.

Sure! Just realize the statblocks will change some. The text should be pretty set but one image, Tiamat's Undying Queen avatar, is a placeholder and needs updated.

Also, your post motivated me to review some things and I want to make a few tweaks to a couple of statblocks before I send it out. Will it work if I post it this weekend?

@dave2008 are you releasing this on the DMsGuild? And if yes, what is the ETA?
I'm only asking because mid-end January my table is likely RPGing the 4th Council Meeting of ToD so we are near to the Well of Dragons mashup and I was looking to use some of your ideas.

Takhisis leads to Tiamat but I assume you made their dragon forms the same.

In this "supplement" Takhisis and Tiamat are one in the same. Though, I honestly can't remember if I specifically state that or not?! The lore is Tiamat heavy with very little to nothing being DL specific. I do know her avatars with statblocks are:

1. The Five-Headed Dragon (generic enough to be Tiamat or Takhisis if you so choose)
2. The Dark Lady (see above)
3. The Grim Warrior
4. The Undying Queen

EDIT: There is also a full power Primordial Dragon Tiamat statblock too.

Not on DM's Guild at this time. I will post a link to the draft (from my google drive) here and in the UA Reddit forum. I will then update them on the same place.

If I can save some money and commission new art, I will update it and release it on the Guild.
