Hmm!

Does the +4 to Str and Con from Warshaper apply to all forms? It seems like it would, but I need to make sure. This new info means a significant update...

Sure does. All stat bonus items and abilities affect all forms. However, stat raises for levels do not, and inherent raises are questionable (I personally say no to inherents sticking).

Which is what a lot of people say, but in this game inherent stat raises will be applied to alternate forms as well.

Wow, you're nice to shapeshifters :), but I can definitely see the arguments for allowing them to stick, too.

Maybe Cassandra should pick up a level or two in Warshaper eventually

Well the problem for you goes back to your feats. :)

What you really need is EK (Metamorphosis) and Metamorphic Transfer, and then you could keep up with the shapeshifters.

So, just to get this straight. The regional feat is a feat that you can take in place of the first level feat that you would normally get for the character?

Yup, I looked it up online too. Apparently, the way they do it in 3.5 is there's just a bunch of really powerful feats you can only take at first level based on region, but it isn't a bonus or anything.

Yup. They can only be taken at first level and only by someone who meets the regional requirements. IMO most of them are not worth it with all of the good feats out there.
