If you're going more than one level into Cleric, Life also gives you an absolutely incredible channel divinity -- if your entire party drops, you can pick them all up with 1 action.

Agreed. That's why I posted "1 level only" at the top - if you can afford 2 levels it changes the relative value of the domains greatly.

Totally... I didn't mean for it to come off as correcting you, just adding on to your analysis in response to the OP's question. There are a lot of interesting CD's at L2, but IMO none beat Life's, esp given that OP is concerned about party survivability.

Thanks guys for great help, but my cleric died tragicly and suddenly at level 1 im sorry to say.
