It is a pleasant fall day in late September.
The air is refreshing and the temperature is comfortable.
Tokyo is bustling with activity and it's people are on the go.
This is a story about the fate of this thriving metropolis and that of the world.

Dr. Hiro Yamata walked down the tarmac of the Yamata Airforce Base. He was still carring his luggage and his arms where beginning to burn. The airforce M.P. had directed him to Hanger 17 which should be that big one just on the other side of that closed runway. The guards at the gate had been very through in checking his ID and his baggage. At the hanger another MP checked his ID and pointed him through the open hanger door. Hiro caught his breath at the sight of the large sleek aircraft parked in the hanger. A group of men where under one wing and they appeared to be inspecting it. Hiro walked over and.........
Yasu Matsuda knew what the problem was. It had to be a faulty hydrolic line to the main stablizer. But his crew chief Junichiro insisted that they should take the whole wing apart to find the cause of that sutter during a tight left bank. The Gryfhon was a beautiful aircraft but every great plane goes through teething problems at the beginning. He hoped that specialist from the U.N. would show up soon so they could fine out what was wrong with that damn flight suit. Then.....
Midori Takemashi entered the office of her boss, Toku Yashi. "I wonder what that old bird needs now!" thought Midori with a smile. He was sitting behind is desk which was piled high with notes and paper. Sitting in a chair in front of the desk was a woman in her mid thirties dresses in a conservative blue dress. "Oh Takemashi-san, please come in." Yashi said. "This is Mrs. Nanami Ito." The woman stood and gave Midori a bow and a slight smile. "Pleased to meet you, Miss Takemashi." she said. Midori could see lines of worry eched around the woman's eyes and mouth. As Midori sat next to Mrs. Ito, the Boss cleared his thoat. "I have a new assignment for you, Takemashi-san. If you would listen to Mrs. Ito's story, I believe you will interested."
"My name is Nanami Ito and I live in F u k uoka Prefecture. I have lived there for most of my life and I have been happily married to Masaki Ito for about 10 years. He is a foreman for a construction firm in F u k uoka." Her voice catches as she lets out a sob. A tear begins to roll down her cheek. "Oh, I am sorry but if you cannot help me....I don't know what to do..." She composes herself and continues. " We were very happy and had a wonderful marrage. Until 5 weeks ago. Masaki started to act strangely. He became quiet and remote with sudden fits of anger and rage. He would cry out in his sleep. Two weeks ago he just walked out and got in his car and left. I have not heard from him since. The police have been no help. I have been looking for him, checking with his friends and co-workers but no one has seen or heard from him. But thats when I found out that I was not alone. At least three other people that I talked to have had the same thing happen to them. Love ones who begun to act strangely and then disappear with out a trace. Thats why I have come to you. Can you help me find out what has happened to my husband?"
OOC: It would not let me type the name of the city...it is.. F U K U O K A.
Cheryl Aldaine, sat in her sports car and watched the front gates of the Yamata Airforce Base. She was taking pictures of the personel going in and out. She knew that there was a G-Force project going on inside but so far she was unable to find out what that project was. She was hoping by studing who went in and out of the base that she figure out what it was. It was taking some time to get used to her new assignment here in Japan. She was just starting to figure out how to get around Tokyo. Someone was coming out of the gate. She rose here high powered camera to get some shots. A tall asian man in a light brown jacket and slacks with a bushy mustache and dark glasses. Her camera clicked several pictures in quick succession. What a minute! She had seen this guy before and not here in Japan. It might have been that assignment in Thailand a few years ago. His name was Jason Yu, a top operative for the R.E.A. (The Rolisikan External Affairs department). What was he doing on a Japanese Airforce base?
