Tracking not missing

Ok I've watched people crying about how tracking isn't in the game now and how Rangers are rendered useless by not having tracking. Do people just not read their skills? Here is an excerpt from the PHB:

"Perception (Wisdom)
Make a Perception check to notice clues, detect secret doors, spot imminent dangers, find traps, follow tracks, listen for sounds behind a closed door, or locate hidden objects." *emphasis mine*

Rangers and Rogues are the only classes to have Perception as a class skill. I would be perfectly willing as DM to provide a bonus +2 to tracking attempts in an urban setting if you have the Streetwise skill and a similar bonus in the wild if you have Nature. Sorry, had to point this out as this has been one of the harped about as plain fact things that has been patently wrong.
