Well, Seth Green did leave the show, from what I've heard, in haste. So, that might have speed up the Tara/Willow relationship and made it so a lot of the Oz willow wrap up could not happen.

No. She was in love with Oz, not men. Then she was in love with Tara, not women. As Pielorinho said, its based on the individual, not the class of people they belong to. I think it's pretty clear the love is more important than the sex.

Except when she says, (in whatever episode) "Gay now." Not bisexual. Gay. Which means homosexual. At least as far as I know. I thought she was a bi, and that would have made sense; except she isn't, she's a lesbian. And that means that when she and Oz were "doing it", she must have been pretty deep into the closet, hiding under her old baby blankey.

Are you sure Willow does 100% exactly know WHAT she is?
It is not that Whedon decided officially, that Willow will be, from now on until the end of the world (or at least the series), be gay or a lesbian. It is only what Willow said, and she might be proven false.
(Oh, and the Vampire Willow was bisexual, wasn`t she?)

Hey, in Buffy the main actor can get a sister in the 4th/5th (lost count) season, that she knew since her birth and lived together her whole life...
