So I was at Encounters last night when I heard there were some changes to TS. This was from newbies who couldn't site a source AND the change was so ridiculous I just had to ask (since I suspect it would be all over the forum if it was true.
TS now has one attack roll; both hit or miss. Now this initially made sense as it is more or line with the whole 50 - 55% hit chance for everybody and nerfs the power a bit as quarry no longer has a 75%+ chance of hitting.
However, then the other shoe was dropped. TS now adds stat damage!
Was this an April Fool's joke or a mistake on the newbie's part?
