D&D 5E UA Druid Speculation/Wishlists

Maybe ths s along the lne of what people call the where drud.

But a drud that can partualy shape shft or shft parts of hs body could be interestng.
so nstead of changng in a venemous snake just grow the fangs and get the bite attack.
This way you could adopt intrestng features from the low hp beasts in the MM.

Completely and utterly disagree with the premise of this statement, and fixing bad design with a sidebar on DM fiat is lazy.
Every design is 'good' design for /someone/. It just may not be a balanced design... a warning label isn't a bad thing in that sense.

Man, people want some weird things. "Urban druid"? You want a nature guy, who doesn't do nature?
Don't we have enough of those IRL?

My thought is, given the direction they have been going with multiclass subclasses, maybe we will see some Druid Circles that bend the archetype towards other classes, a rogueish or wizardish subclass of some sort?
Wizardish could make some sense, Celtic Druids, what little's known of them, anyway, were not strongly differentiated from scholars nor sorcerers, and were known for both divination and illusion as well as the shape-changing that D&D latched onto.
