That's what I'd do. But they also get d12 HD _and_ immunity to crits/SA, which is a bit much. So to balance out the extra hp, I'd reduce the crit immunity to 50% or 25% fortification.

Then again, they are weak against many attacks that specifically hurt them more and vulnerable to turning, so it all probably balances out--heck, a level 40 Cleric could turn either of those two liches up there with her eyes shut. Admittedly, Kari's a bit tougher to kill at lower levels thanks to the HP, but that's good--my group would find a way to kill her. Considering the SR and AC, I really don't know how, but they'd find it.

Grave Strike - lvl 2nd Sorc/Wiz...

Our party thief (wiz/rog/???) can drop my "vamp" in a single round, no problem. With Unholy Toughness, it might take two.
