My emphasis. In-n-Out is great (if not unmatched) for a fast food burger. The local burger joint is not fast food
Not a fan. I mean, I’ll eat there, but only as a “food is fuel” option. Their lack of options guarantees “fast”, but what they offer generally isn’t what I want, There’s plenty of other chains doing a better job, IMHO. With options I prefer.

And if I’m actively seeking an inexpensive fast-food chain burger, Whataburger is my top option.

No longer a fan of ketchup, these days. I use it sparingly: on Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and in the fries from certain places, with liberal inclusion of black pepper in both situations.

Same thing with ranch dressing. Here in Texas, it’s the #1 salad dressing, but it has worn out its welcome on my taste buds. Currently, I only use it as a dipping sauce for fried zucchini or fried mushrooms, and as an occasional addition to one Mexican restaurant’s shrimp cocktail. A tablespoon or two tamps down the heat from the spices on the rare occasions I don’t feel like eating the full power version.

Those- plus grape jelly and white chocolate- are the 4 foodstuffs that I rarely consume anymore because I got tired of them.

White chocolate I only eat in certain gourmet bakery cookies and a couple of truffles, and I haven’t had grape jelly since 1987.

Three or four parts plain tomato sauce to one part banana ketchup and one part sweetened condensed milk. Salt and heat to taste. Serve over thoroughly cooked spaghetti noodles and top with sliced browned hot dogs and shredded jack cheese.

Changed my life, man.

Unpopular opinion: many of the old settings (Harn, Argen Agar, Fading Suns, War Hammer, etc) are far better than any of the material of recent years. And by extension, innovation and attention to detail seems to be a thing of the past. Settings, as of late, are done in broad, high-level strokes using well-worn cliches and concepts.

Note that I am not talking systems.
