Unusual Sandwiches

It isn’t an unusual sandwich but have been eating sliced turkey with shredded red cabbage on gluten free rolls (have celiac). The gluten free breads in my experience tend to be dry and hard to swallow, so I pour some gravy on them and put in the microwave. Taste great that way

Yeah, but sometimes you want the bread. They've been getting better with the breads. And some breads are totally fine (like a corn based bread is going to taste normal unless it also requires wheat in the recipe). Sometimes I lean on eating things like tacos using corn tortillas for example. But the breads are passable enough (just frequently kind of dry). The one that is the hardest to replicate in my experience is pizza
