I'm away from my books; could someone post the requirements to get into the Arcane Trickster PrC?

I'm discussing with a PC about his character, and I need to know this quick.

Knowledge arcana 4 ranks
Spells: ability to cast mage hand, and one spell of 3rd level or higher
Sneak attack +2d6

Well, it was through that that I knew postcount could reach five digits. I wasn't sure if it would reset or not. Not that Darkness has threatened me about resetting it before.
