Nope. Here's the relevant text. PH, page 25, Barbarian Rage...

"While raging, a barbarian cannot use skills or abilities that require patience and concentration, such as moving silently or casting spells."

I think casting a spell requires concentration... Kinda like under the effect of a tenser's transformation. I may wrong, seems like I often am

Btw, I would point out the barb can't use expertise while raging. So Expertise does sake some mental processing.

Since the Barbarian can't use Move Silently or Expertise (and feats the require Expertise) while Raging, I think he'd certainly lack the precision needed for Sneak Attack. Sneak Attack has always struck me as needing some precision and control.

I also wouldn't allow the Barbarian to use the Duelist's Precise Strike class ability, either.

It's been argued to death

in the past and went to WotC. They said the barbarian could.
