First of all thanks that you took the time to point some thinks for me.

Sneak Attack of Opportunity seems pretty insane. Go get Robilar's gambit and stand next to anything vulnerable to sbeak attacks and you'll destroy them.

Sneak attack indeed seems powerfull enough and i might take into consideration to remove it.. i don't know what Robilar gambit is???:erm:

The poisons seem exceptionally powerful (Vorpal Poison?).

For the effort i made to documentate them and for the sake of way better game tactics the would offer i guess they deserve to be there. The sooner somebody could make use of them would be somewhere around 12th character level. I don't believe they are so powerfull as a scorpion heritor's basic ability is poisoning. The constant effect of 1d6 constitution damage. seems very "dry".

The prereqs kind of seem like a joke... two feats that are amazing for this class are the prereqs.... and neither has a great deak to do with the prestige class itself...

I have seen much more joke prerequisites in other PrCs.
At least from my point of view they make sense.
But propably the special prerequisite should be more pretensious. something like taking big amount of scorpion poison damage and then let it cure naturaly without magic. something like poison infusion.
:]

In fact you took all the good stuff from the base class and just pumped it full of steroids and threw on MORE good stuff... some of it just borked.

That's what i said at the introduction and i explained why.

Sorry, why not just take the class as it stands?

Because it's all about empty sneak attacks and not balanced special abilities. You can take a scorpion's form from 3rd level and then continue with sneak attacks? do you think it's better?

i suppose you consider it overpowered!

I do not consider poison abilities inherently overpowered. I would advise you to look up existing poisons and make sure your abilities are in line with what they grant to ensure that it's not more unbalanced than what is already out there.

Of course you are free to critique (in fact, this is what this thread is all about), to state what you think is broken, unbalanced etc... but I'm fairly certain there are far more polite ways to do this, don't you think?
