Versatile Weapons and Reaping Strike

Something I'm a bit confused on. Reaping Strike is a nice little power that gives you half your Strength modifier in damage on a miss and your full Strength modifier on a miss if you're using a two handed weapon. But how does this generally work when Reaping Strike is used with one-handed versatile weapons like the longsword, battleaxe or bastard sword? Would they receive half the modifier on a miss when used two-handed, or would they receive the full modifier when used this way?

Versatile weapons are still considered one-handed weapons, so you receive half the modifier. The rule is "using a two-handed weapon," not "using a weapon in two hands."
