Hrm, another Psionics game would be fun, don't know if I could join though-I'm in tons of games as it is and having a bit of trouble keeping up all the time :)

Ignore that feeling, it'll go away once you start statin' up a new PC. :D

Easy for you to say :) I think I'm actually in more games (as a player) than you-not sure tho. I have soo many char concepts its hard for me to decide what to play still though.

I appologize to Maddman75 for causing this thread hi-jack. Didn't mean to go off on a tangent about what games I would like to play in, or about the forum's new pace. I'm always glad when we get a new player. If none of the games mentioned before fit your idea, email me the idea and I'll see if I'm willing to run it for you. I'll even run a solo game if that's what your interested in.

Wouldn't be surprised, Sollir. I'm touchy about what games I get into.

I, too, would like to apologize to maddman75 for our hi-jack here.

Me three. Feel free to ask us any more questions you may have. We'll try to answer them without degenerating into a IC Forum Veterens Convention. :)

Err, I suppose I did get a little carried away as well, I'll do my best to answer any questions, I've been here since one of the first PBP games (Dungeon of the Fire Opal) started.

While I may have done quite a few things on these boards (some I'm proud to stand behind, others not so much), the thing I'm proudest of is being an outspoken voice from the beginning for the IC threads.

I tried hard to keep the Iconic thread alive and kicking (even tho it was much bigger than any of us).
I wisely steered clear of the fascinating monster that was the IR's. ;)
I participated in the first IC threads, and fought to keep them alive (even to the point of calling out Sollir when I felt he wasn't giving the Non-Iconic Advenure enough) ;) <--big wink and smile

I fought to give and keep the You Bastard phenomenon in its own Forum, freeing the IC threads from a quick death. (I'm serious - YB! would have killed this Forum)

Still, some adventures survived, some didn't (including my Paladin IC thread), but when I look around this Forum nowadays, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction for doing my part to help it grow to what it is now:

A thriving, alive community where gaming of a different form can take place, uniting all nations of the world under one banner of imagination and *slaps self for going Too Far* ;)

*apology for total hijack, but I wanted to share my thoughts with other IC-vets.*
