Hello
Suppose I have a low level warlock multiclassed with a mid level caster (say, 3 warlock / 5 bard). This PC has access to two pools of spell slots.
I can use warlock slots to power first or second level bard spells, even if the spell isn't on the warlock spell list. This may be a good idea because warlock slots refresh on a short rest.
I can also use bard slots to power warlock spells. This can be useful if I'm out of warlock slots, or if I have a warlock spell that levels up well and I want to make it more potent by using a 3rd level slot. Of course, the first level bard slots can only power first level spells.
Is this right or did I misunderstand?
