Weapon ability naming schemes…

Weapon ability naming schemes…

Is there a set naming scheme for weapon abilities? Are Frost, Flaming and Shock always used as prefixes?

Examples:

The Frost Brand in the DMG is listed as a +3 Frost Greatsword. The Flame Tongue is a +1 Flaming Longsword. Are these the standard naming schemes for those abilities?

Is Shock used as +1 Shock Greataxe?

Is Ghost Touch: +1 Ghost Touch Short Sword or +1 Short Sword of Ghost Touch?

Is Defending: +1 Defending Longsword or +1 Longsword of Defending?

How about Icy Burst/Flaming Burst/Shocking Burst?

Would it be +1 Flaming Burst Longsword or +1 Longsword of Flaming Burst?

If you had Flaming and Flaming Burst, would it be:
+1 Flaming Flaming Burst Longsword or +1 Flaming Longsword of Flaming Burst?

Etc...etc..

I realize you can Rule 0 and call a +3 Quarterstaff of Dragon Bane a Kingly Stick of Reptilian Death. However, I would like to know if there is a set standard for naming.

Thanks.

Well flaming burst is a flaming weapon that does extra damage when it crits so I think a title of flaming flaming burst weapon is redundant.

Ahh, your right. Flaming is assumed. Ok so would it be a +1 Flaming Burst Longsword or +1 Longsword of Flaming Burst?

In most of the published WotC adventures, it is written +1 flaming burst "weapon." I don't know whether that is the standard but it seems to be.
